Reporting to the Regional Customer Operations Lead in Singapore, this function will be responsible for leading, directing, motivating, and developing customer operation strategies to achieve goals and objectives. You will also develop and maintain long term relationship with customers/distribution channel by ensuring operational excellence by putting in place all processes and compliance to internal and external policies. With a team of 7 to 8, you will also work with other functions to drive the optimization of the customer supply chain operation and to ensure timely product availability. Activities will include order processing, customer accounting, credit and collection, technical services or other information services.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing/Accounting/Economics
• At least 3 years experience in Customer service and Management
• Possess a good understanding of business processes and capability in developing and improving processes to ensure business operational excellence
• Strong Customer orientation and a flair for details
• Good leadership skills developed within a matrix MNC organization
• Ability to communicate fluently (oral and written) in English
• Possess good computer literacy in MS office based application and Basic accounting capability
