Reporting to the Regional Customer Operations Lead in Singapore, this function will be responsible for leading, directing, motivating, and developing customer operation strategies to achieve goals and objectives. You will also develop and maintain long term relationship with customers/distribution channel by ensuring operational excellence by putting in place all processes and compliance to internal and external policies. With a team of 7 to 8, you will also work with other functions to drive the optimization of the customer supply chain operation and to ensure timely product availability.
